crossfit game standards
-hip crease below kneecap everytime
-lockout with ear in front
-separate lifts NOT a thruster

400m run
95# squat clean/push press
5 rounds for time
Time: 21:42

a few moments later........
2x tire flip 350#
row 2k for time
time: 7:42
