to the afternoon crew, yeah it's going to be hot, we are going to sweat but lets turn it out.....lets have a bigger group then the morning and accomplish more than they do. who's with me

Hey everyone! Again Great! Great! work out today.
The afternoon crew was a little thin, maybe the AM crew was a too intimidating. In any case for the afternoon, we decided to go individually and all 5 exericises continuosly for each round and only resting between each round.
So here's my results:
Box jump: 29+25+23= 77
15# ball toss: 19+17+22=58
40# SDLHP: 26+26+27=79
35# KB swing: 22+22+22= 66
30# x2 push press: 14+12+14=40
Total= 320
Ok this is for Pep and BMWgrl...here are my results.....
Walk in the park...

Overhead squat 10# = 53
SDLHP 25# = 60
KB swings 25# = 47
Shoulder Press/front squats 20# X2 = 29
