well it did the kte/pull-up/dip make me better at muscle-up workout today. i am completely hazed. it feels different then say 'fran' or 'helen.' just different.
did it as rx'd
Rounds 4 + 6 knees to elbows.

going to give it 4 hours or so and go for time trials. thinking a mile rest 3 minutes, repeat 2 more times. or go back to the gym and destroy. don't know yet.

i got an afternoon blast in. it was another 20 minute thrash
75# push press-15 reps
75# sdhp-10 reps
pull-ups-5 reps

completed 7 full rounds. a little fight gone bad with a reverse cindy order...thought it was creative. what's in store for tomorrow?
anyone know?

I will need to wait until late thursday morning to officially post the "park workout" tentatively planned for this Saturday @ 10 am & 4 pm at John Rudy County Park. I got a call from the park admin. office and they have some questions. go figure
