resting today. will get on with a workout tomorrow. good time there rusty, working with the rings is i think tougher than standard bars. good time indeed.
not much action today...is everyone tired? maybe knowing that shirts are in the works and should be ready for ordering by Friday...

Did the York WOD, 3 rounds...not my best time, but I was pleased.

get them by September, so i can represent at my cert. just as long as the t-shirt isn't 200.00!!
dude that kte/pull-up/dip workout was tough. i rested yesterday and still managed only 4 rounds! my hands took a beating, red had a good effort rocking three rounds.
