The main site has a really good WOD, high skill & strength level pretty much required. I hope everyone gives it a shot, at least skill work on the handstands and the L-sit pullups a few hours before (or after) the burpees.

Did you read my post about golfing today? Awesome...CF has made a huge difference in my game.
i read it and i think that is phenomenal! i have a client down in maryland that had the same thing happen. well, i was reigning ladder ball champion last night. it was me and another guy bobby shooting the red balls. . .i ate so much junk last night. . .ugh! i need some metcon, oh and i drank a little. thanks for the address, rusty.
today I did the crossfit endurance site today it was interesting 8x200meters with a 1 min rec. first 200 I didnt realize it was sprints but picked it up after that in the end it was goodnot oo long but got my run in. I am prob going to do cf york wod later when linds goes shopping will post time... yea burpees!
am I the first one to get a workout in today?
i'm thinking the w.o.d. or the homepage one from a few days ago, the 10k. not sure. a little foggy in the head still. don't know yet.
went out today and did the workout for yesterday. the run w/ sit-ups and squats. posted my results under the comments for that day. now i'm good to go. see you tomorrow.
