i don't know guys, i want to do the 10k soooo bad. i would want sub 40. should i try? hmmm? today is suppose to be a rester, but due to obligations this coming weekend i want be able to get a thrash in until monday. what to do, what to do? the york w.o.d. should be sub 10 easy. i will have time today. what to do?

I laughed out loud at Tai's comment yesterday about Rusty's MU's....
Rusty - good WOD! I hope I can get some time; full day of meetings, even into the night.
the W/O is one that Cindy created a few weeks ago and is surprizingly brutal so much that I'm measuring out a course in my neighborhood for the 10K.
the MU thing is funny...As Tai & I learned yesterday "We need to stop using big words, stop analyzing everything and just attack the weight" in this case attack the MU.
the use of big words, laughable man! that's right just attack! i do want to run, but part of me wants to try the hand of cindy. 1800 reps is a nice challenge. red needs to find some time for an @ss whooping! i think rusty is changing his mind about running, he's starting to do it all the time now. that's it. it's 10:18 and i'm going after "york Cindy"
