looking to win again, but finished almost a minute behind. . .but like he said good to burn off the junk from the weekend. don't have too many of those weekends, however it is summer. did as rx'd.

I'm feeling some "chest to bar" pull ups for tomorrow maybe the 5 rounds of deadlifts & burpees...

i think i can handle the deadlift burpee medley. let's work on getting the chin over the bar for the specified reps for any given workout. then we will move into chest-to-bar pull-ups.
