With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

looking for a high number here....didn't do as good as hoped. deceivingly hard, made it through the tenth minute. got only 8 pull-ups done in the eleventh. brought me a total of 63pull-ups. finished the day off with three full rounds of tabatas
which were:
push-ups
squats
sit-ups
rest day here i come.
